There aren't enough words to describe just how wonderful it was to photograph these two! I loved that they reached out to me and made sure they could schedule a session while I was in town. I had every day planned with a photo session (with the exception of one because I promised my kids an aquarium visit). So they booked one of the last spots I had available and we began planning where to have our session.

After a little bit of digging and research, I was able to find a secluded spot that would make it feel like we had traveled somewhere beyond the mid-west for the photo session. It is always nice to have sessions that are unlike any other photos you have taken. This location had everything we were looking for. There were private, treed settings that provided more intimate photos as well as wide open fields of wildflowers that added the perfect amount of color to the background. We had the perfect combination of rock and greenery and the outfits selected worked wonderfully as the surroundings paid them both many complements!

D is one of the most intelligent people I know and so I like to think of myself as one of his smart decisions. They were so much fun to work with. The amount of silly and personality filled photos we ended up with were priceless. These two got married in Mexico and I am thrilled to have been even a small part of their amazing story!
