This wedding was intimate and lovely. The day was filled with thoughtful, sweet details that made my heart soar for this couple. This bride had very special items that filled the entire day including jewelry and her gorgeous wedding gown. I was thrilled to watch the bride and groom prepare to walk down the aisle and take photograph of those final moments before they say "I do." They were both so calm but I could see how excited they were for what was coming next. Finally, the time arrived for them to see each other and become husband and wife. The whole room was filled with warmth and celebration.

Often times, the type of clientele interested in my work want quite and intimate weddings. This wedding was no exception. The wonderful people who support this couple gathered together to share this monumental moment in their lives. I loved seeing the connection they had with all of their guests! Hugs, smiles and well wishes were exchanged and I could see this couple taking each sentiment to heart.

During an intimate weddings session, I try to take a variety of photos but I do spent more time on the ones I know the bride and groom will potentially hang in their home. These portraits, more often than not, are what are printed and posted for their world to see. Years down the road I know all of the photos will be precious reminders of the day and I was thrilled to work with the Schricks!
